Our intention
For a future paid service, we intend to arrange independent archival and escrow access for eligible completed binders if Legacy Binder closes.
What must be resolved
Provider selection, funding, retention, retrieval eligibility, identity checks, and encryption-key continuity must all be established. An encrypted archive is not useful if authorized family members cannot obtain the necessary keys.

There is no active escrow arrangement or retrieval guarantee in this alpha. Download a current PDF and keep it somewhere appropriate for your family.
