What this version stores.
Saved information
The service stores your encrypted binder and uploaded files, an account identifier, account display name, binder labels, save version, update time, file sizes, and action logs. Filenames remain inside the encrypted binder. Authorized employees can view account identifiers and actions in the activity log; no binder content or filenames are logged. Contact details and preferences are inside the encrypted binder. Authentication is handled through the hosting platform.
Unlocked information
Your browser decrypts the binder after you provide its password. PDF exports are created on your device from the unlocked content.
No active email or sharing
The alpha does not send invitations, reminders, or binder contents to contacts. No advertising or analytics integration has been added to this application. Hosting-platform processing is separate.
Before public use
A full privacy policy, retention schedule, backup-deletion policy, processor disclosures, and applicable rights procedures must be established before a public service. Use sample information only.
